Texas Application Question

Hello all....
I have a question about the texas application process. I finished my app and printed out the evaluation forms for my LOR people. Do they just fill out the form and send it in or do they include the letter that they have written for me with the form? What did your LOR people do??

I would send both. You want as much detail and info to go to the schools as possible.
