I have OCD and am medicated. I'll be applying to medical school this year. If I don't disclose my OCD, is there a way for the medical board to find out I have it? I don't want to be barred from residency or anything like that and am terrified after reading through a few forums. Please help.
The short answer to your question is: don't disclose this, and don't worry about it.

The longer answer which I hope will allay your fears is that all of the questions ask whether your condition "impaired or does impair your behavior, judgement, or ability to function in school or work." Unless there is something in your academic record where you were given a reprimand or directed to seek treatment for this condition, the only person who can determine if you were "impaired" is you. While that is clearly a subjective question, if you've done well enough academically and have been able to do the kinds of ECs necessary to prepare you to apply to medical school, I think you can say you were not impaired in the manner that is intended by the question (ie, you're not a risk to patients). Unless something later comes up where you are being investigated by the board and it's somehow related to your OCD, I'm not sure how it would get found out.

Now, if this is somewhere in your academic record, then you probably should disclose.

Hope that helps. You can read all of the application questions for yourself here: https://www.tmb.state.tx.us/idl/CCCC910D-2641-4DEE-D66C-0AADB5BBDF6E

If you are in a position where you are applying to medical school, I wouldn't believe it has affected your performance or ability to perform your duties. When it gets to residency, only you know yourself well enough to know which specialties would be good for you and which ones your OCD may get in the way.
