I was just wondering which schools take the highest/average/most recent PCAT scores. I went to each of the Texas pharmacy schools website and couldn't find any information on which PCAT scores they look at. Anyone have any information on this?

UH reviews all PCAT scores. The more major improvement you show, the better chance you have. I know A&M looks at composite score only, in case you wanna know.

I think Tech takes the latest PCAT score. I remember last year one of their recruiters went to our school and she said something to the effect "if you score a 70 or above think hard before taking the PCAT again." But I could be wrong. Maybe you should call them.
UH, I think, takes the best score but they don't mix and match. They look at everything: composite and every subsection. As long as you have at least a 70 composite and no score lower than 60-70 on any of the section, you're fine.

I don't know if you still need this information, but I emailed some of the pharmacy schools in TX about this last month and this is what each school said:

Texas Tech and UT both take the most recent scores for the PCAT

University of Incarnate Word takes the highest score taken within the past 2 years.

University of Houston looks at all the scores. I believe they look at the trend to see if your scores went up or down.

I'm not 100% but this one but I think Texas A&M Kingsville also said they look at all the PCAT scores.
