Texas Southern Application

I took the June 2006 PCAT and I did'nt do that well so I am taking the Oct. PCAT. I was wondering on the Texas Southern Application it has a test section. Should I go ahead and list my June scores or should I just list the Oct. 21 date. and leave the scores blank? I do realize that when you send your scores all test dates and scores are on there, I just do want them to make a decision based strickly on my June results.
