Can anyone recommend a good text for learning hemodynamics and tracings etc?

FYI, Kern's Hemodynamic Rounds seems to be a compilation of articles published largely in a journal called Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions. I downloaded many of these for free through my institution's library access.

I think the best concise textbook is Ragosta's Textbook of Clinical Hemodynamics.
