Textbook list for DMU

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
No textbook needed for the Intro to Pod class. Everything in that class is based on lecture material and powerpoints. The other classes have a few required textbooks for each class, but honestly I have not purchased any of the required textbooks yet except for Netter's Anatomy. Everything you need to know is presented in lectures in my experience so far.

Most of your first year courses will hand out a course packet which in all reality is a textbook and is what the lecturers/professors will utilize for their lecture content. I recommend not buying the textbooks before your start a course because you may realize that you don't even need it. I believe I bought 3-4 books my first year and i do believe that 3 of them were for anatomy.

the only book i have purchased so far is a Netter's atlas. I use it all the time.....

other than that i have borrowed my buddy's embryology book a couple times...embryology SUCKS😱 😱

oh that is so true

I actually have access to netters and other anatomy books. Can you guys give me any type of syllabus? I am done with school until next year and having arm surgery soon and can't do anything for two months with either arm, including using a computer. I need something to do, and have already taken anatomy courses and enjoy them. I would appreciate it if somebody could email me some of the course material or something along those lines so that I have something to do all day and don't drive myself crazy (ie my fiance) from being bored.

thanks
