The answer is D.

A is wrong because the hole is not going to end on even levels in the front view, because as can be seem from the top iew there is a slant in the back part of the object. Thefore the hole will extend farther in the fron of the object than the back part.

B is wrong because it has a dashed line going all the way down in the middle while it is evident formt the end view that the line stops after a little bit. Furthermore there should only be 2 dashed lines in the vertical position in the middle on top but B has 3.

C is wrong because again it has 3 vertical lines in the middle on top but it is only supposed to have 2.

D is perfect. The dashed lines stop a third of the way down just like the end view and there are only 2 of them in the middle on top, and the hole isnt even ended. Perfect fit.

I think it is A. Right?
Just count the lines.
number of vertical lines in front and top view is equal.
number of horizontal lines in front and end view is equal
Number of horizontal lines in top view is equal to vertical lines in end view.

A satifsfies this rule.

How can it be A, A doesnt account for the hitch on the top of the top view which can not be seen from the front. Therefore you would need to have corresponding dashed lines which A doesnt have. Also how can it be slanted like that look at the end view, you see that it is not slanted, it stops and is completely str8. It is impossible to be A.

In B/C/D Why does the hole not end? at the end view?

Because look at the front view, the hole stops but the front wall continues past the spot where the hole stops. The end view the hoe isnt a perfect circle because it is deformed do the difference in where the hole ends when cpomparing the right and left sides.

You're quite welcome. With practice the TFE will become the easiest section on PAT after cubes. You can get every one right, and you will be 100% positive of your answer because you see why the other answers are wrong.

oh i never said you were wrong lol, thats why I put the =/ face after my answer because I would have gotten trapped....

I just looked at the pipe going through the length and fell for the trick answer.....

I ddint say that you said i was wrong, its just that usually if i say something and everyone else on th post disagrees i will assume that i am wrong and i made a mistake somewhere, but in these question no matter how many ppeople disagree, if you see the answer then you are 100% sure and you wont care that people disagree.
