I was doing some TFE problems in Cliff's DAT book..

The practice question for TFE does not come with explained answers.

Here are the drawings, hopefully I am uploading this right...

On the second question, you are right. How did you find that out? Can you try to explain it to me in detail?

On the first one, the answer was actually A, which confused me too. I put D as well..

Sorry for cutting out answer choice D for the first problem. I had no idea.

the red dot in the side view actually is (or overlap) the lowest solid line on top view. since it is in front of everything, it cant be dash line.
