So I am giving the primary doc (also my mentor) I shadowed her own personal thank you gift and card, but I want to get something for the residents and other docs as well to show my appreciation. This is because some of the other docs took time to show/teach me stuff and the residents also let me observe them.

What should I get for the residents and other docs? I am not getting individual gifts, but something for everyone to share. I was thinking donuts, but didn't know if residents/docs ate donuts because they are unhealthy/fried. Should I get donuts, a boatload of chocolate (which I know they eat), or a big cake for them to share?

What kind of person doesn't like junk food? Doctors are humans too. 😛

I think it's a good idea.

Bagels perhaps?

Haha, I like the donuts idea. It's easy to eat and good for both a meal or a snack. Cake could get too messy, and they may not have time. Donut is a perfect grab&go snack. Or you can get munchkins, lol.
