Thank you notes with multiple interviewers

When/If you send thank you notes, do you send a separate card to each interviewer as well as the admissions office, or is it better to just send one card? Also, can thank you notes ever be viewed negatively (like you're sucking up)? I want to send them, but I'm not sure who to all send one to because I don't want to forget anyone, but I also don't want to go overboard.

Any input will be appreciated!
