I wouldn't sweat the thank you note. Too much is made of this unhelpful ritual. The thank you note has next to no factor in the committee's decision about your application.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't write one. Just understand you are hopefully writing to indeed 'say thank you', and truly appreciative of the chance to go to meet with members of a particular program.
Whether it is hand written, typed, or not written at all, will have no factor whatsoever in your chances of acceptance.
