Hey bruinkid,

another alternative is not a letter but just a thank you card. I had several doctors tell me that a card is really all you need because a letter may be a bit much. Most doctors told me to simply thank the interviewer, but be a little specific as to maybe what you talked about so that he/she rememebers you. A few lines will sufice... well that's my take on it...
