hey guys, have you received many unsolicited thank you's from programs? have you received responses to thank you notes/e-mail? are any of you calling programs to let them know they're you're #1 or that you're ranking them very highly?

i recieved a few unsolicited thank you's and some responses to my thank you e-mails.

two unsolicited thank yous and one thank you in response to my thank-you note.
i am writing my top three programs to let them know i want to go there.

I have gotten 2 thank you letters from programs, mailed out the day after my interview there.
Gotten 1 call from a chief resident recently to see if I had last minute questions, etc.
Nothing unsolicited from PDs since those 2 thank yous earlier

recevied 1 unsolicited PD email asking if anymore questions. 1 unsolicited letter from chairman. 4 solicited letters from the thank yous i sent.
