I am not sure I understand the question. Mayo Clinic located in Jacksonville, Florida, is a hospital system with nearly every (if not every) specialty imaginably. The PM&R residency program just matriculated their first residents this year. I am not sure about IM or related fields; however, Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN, Jacksonville FL, and Scottsdale/Phoenix AZ are all typically desirable residency and fellowship programs with great training.
