I am considering ENT among other surgical fields and was wondering if a step1 237 (99) would hinder my chances of landing a lower-tier spot in a major city. I am limited due to sig other's job. Thanks for your honest input-

You should not be hindered by a 237. Focus on bolstering you app with research and you should be fine.
