No…

If they were gonna check hours, they would have already done it before accepting you. But they usually won’t unless they had some reason to be suspicious.

If it was a paying job, you'll have a W2 that shows how much money you were paid. From that, it should be easy to determine how many hours you worked if you know what you were making per hour. Not that anyone is going to check but unless you were paid a flat salary or paid cash under the table, it shouldn't be hard to figure out.

I was perusing my AMCAS for old time's sake today after getting an acceptance and I found what I think must be a typo in my hours. For a small clinical job I only held for a couple of months, I marked down 75 hours. I don't actually have any way to find the actual number, but I think it would be more like 35 - hard to determine, as hours reporting involved us emailing the supervisor our hours and I don't recall how accurately I did that. I'm guessing this was a typo that went unnoticed for the last year.

Is there a risk of my acceptance being rescinded? This job has been discontinued and the supervisor has moved on to different projects, so it's not like I can resume it and pick up the hours. Thoughts?
No. End of message.
