I sit here at the end of a call shift, knowing I have only one weekend call shift left of this Hell known as a Traditional Internship. After a year of major ups and downs, long hours, and all of the other adjectives used to describe this year in our lives, and looking forward to ending this year on a cake-walk Radiology rotation, I have only one thing on my mind . . .

Hell Yeah!! I am DONE!

I am so with you. While not in a traditional internship, I am on my last ever inservice rotation. I have one more call after today and only 5 more days of hellish rounds.

I can not wait to be done and back in my homeland the ER, never again to visit other parts of the hospital.
