Sad about last semester! (89.3 and 89.1😳)

AP World history
Honors Algebra II
Honors Chemistry
Spanish 3
Honors English II
weights (gotta get BiG!)

Challenge:

Varsity soccer!

Oh my god this sounds like me when I was in HS. Just don't let yourself get knocked down. And most importantly, empty your mind- that's the only way you'll concentrate well.

And also, quite worrying so much about HS GPAs...just do well.

High school weightlifting was a joke... Unfortunately, most coaches who teach it know absolutely nothing about it - case and point, our own coach put us through circuit training for a full year, which included several sets of bicep curls and crunches...

Our coaches know their stuff from proper nutrition to proper form in a variety of lifts.

Agreed. That's why you do your own program and get huge like me 😀

I guess I was lucky enough to have a few NCAA athletes as PE teachers :laugh:

That said, I didn't lift in high school. Only ran cross country
