According to this ochem website, HI is the most reactive and HF the LEAST. This is talking about HX addition to an alkene.

Did the actual question ask about the reactivity towards an alkene? If it did, we would have come to an agreement on this issue a long time ago. Oh well. Back to the endocrine sys.
