So on July 14th I completed secondary at KCOM and sent letters. I clicked submit but as I did i got no confirmation and website stopped working, for lik ethe whole weekend. But the money was taken from my account so I thought it went through ok. There isn't a way to check site, so I've been emailing someone at admissions and today they got letters and don't have secondary. But my sixty dollars is gone. What is gonna happen? Has this ever happened to anyone? I don't wanna pay another sixty dollars for this b/c I would like to eat this month😀.

Wow that sucks. Try calling them, and have a copy of your bank statement handy to possibly fax to them.
