Hi, All

Some of you studying for Step I may have come to possess the complete set of Goljan notes which have been circulating around the internet as PDF files. These include his general and systemic path notes from the course he taught in 2002.

I use Goljan Audio and like it but am on the fence on his notes. I've seen them and they look pithy and concise but I'm not sure how to use these in addition to BRS Path for instance. For those of you who have the bootleg notes, how are you incorporating or planning to incorporate these into your studies?

How are the notes different from his book? I've been using his book, and I think it's pretty sweet. Plus, the CD has a good exam on it.

I've seen the Rapid Review book used by my friends and compard them with the notes. The notes are much more complete but lack the pictures in the review book (all of which are black and white).

Speaking of the CD exam - I just happened to take a block of 50 questions, and I wanted to warn anyone that has it - it screws up the scores (at least mine did). Maybe it's just my copy, but doublecheck the % it gives you by counting what you actually got wrong in the "missed question review". It gyped me 20 points!

The new 2006 Rapid Review book is coming out with 100 additional pictures (all in color).

This book is a duplicate of the current notes that he gives out to students.

He LOVES it. He loves those missed royalties. He loves having broadcast those offhand remarks he made about himself and his family, unaware that he was being recorded. He's positively aglow.

(Yeah, I have the files--I'm not going to lie--in fact, I'm pretty unrepentent about it--but he has every right to be furious.)

wow that sounds awesome. i bought the existing rapid review, but i wish this one was out already.
