Did anyone see the movie? I guess it raises a serious concern for us the future physicians with regards to the validity of all those clinical trials carried out in 3rd world countries. It seems like BIG Pharm doesn't even need permits when it comes to testing new drugs in people from insignificant places like Africa. It's funny how in one part of the movie they emphasize that BIG Pharma is as wicked as the Weapon supplying industry
Just makes you wonder how many lives are possibly being killed in trial with questionable drugs and how the outcome data is manipulated to leave out adverse effects (Doesn't this ring a bell? Vioxx & Bextra). Food for thought..

Oh by the way did you guys knew that Donald Rumsfield is owner of about 20-40% of the Tamiflu drug meant to tx the possible Avian Flu pandemic...
