There are some stickied threads on the DAT forums that'll answer all these questions. One also has a sample DAT study schedule that is useful. GL!

+1

Give yourself at least 6 weeks.
There is a simple calculator built into the test (same functions as the windows simple calculator)
PAT: Crack DAT PAT
Orgo/Gchem: Dat Destroyer
The rest: I have no strong opinion (but get that DAT destroyer!)
Good luck.

The DAT Discussions forum has excellent information :)
But to answer your questions......

The best materials in my opinion:

PAT: Crack Dat Pat (only con is that the real PAT is harder in some sections)
OC & GC: Destroyer + Chad's Videos (no cons; this is the way to go!)
Bio: Cliff's AP Biology (only con is that it might be too detailed)
QR: Math Destroyer (no cons)
RC: Crack Dat Reading (great practice for tone questions... do not rely on Topscore exams)

Use TopScore and ADA 2009 exams for practice and endurance.

And only QR has a built-in calculator that you may use.
