yeah I mean this group is actively looking for solutions. I listened to one of their podcasts and felt really inspired until the next day when the news about Warren Buffett dropping $1.6B on UNH was revealed.

Dutch is phenomenal and one of the very few people in health policy circles who "gets it" on deep personal, philosophical, and moral levels.
