the endocrine system, which is often called the "chemical control system"

a. secrete hormones which directly influence specific nerve centres
b. deliver its hormones to specific target zone through the endocrine tubules for fastor action
c. delivers its hormones directly into the blood.

the correct answer from my book says C. But can a and b be also correct? Thanks!

no, the endocrine system secretes hormones directly into the blood stream.. that is what a hormone is... something that is secreted into the blood stream that travels to another location in the body to do its job.

the exocrine system secretes their products into ducts.
