The entire process, in years

I'm not entirely sure how long it takes to get your medical degree, how many years do you spend in college and medical school?

I'm researching about the medical profession, I know how long the rest of my education would take, it's just this part that I'd like to figure out now, as every website I look on seems to have a different answer.
