TL;DR: doctors didn't make it worse. Doctors didn't rx him paxlovid when he had COVID because he's young, vaccinated and unlikely to become seriously ill. He feels like this is inappropriate and that he shouldn't have had to have symptoms for as long as he did and should have been given the prescription. He ultimately recovered as anticipated and lives to whine another day.

He's been pretty universally roasted in the comments so that makes me feel a bit better.
This is from his own article. What a puss.

"She replied that Paxlovid is currently being used to prevent death and hospitalizations, and that studies of people in my age range have shown no discernible benefits in this regard to taking the drug".

Dude this is why patient satisfaction is a thing and why noctors and their Z pak and steroids for all have such high patient satisfaction scores.

What a baby! Who writes an article about having mild cold symptoms for a few days? Did he even have covid? "I didn’t need a test to tell me that I had finally caught COVID."

Well, he won’t get that sick during his next infection. This is what China has ultimately misunderstood. The Spanish flu never went away. It just evolved. COVID is the same. You can’t hide from it forever. We might need to change our messaging to communicate that getting sick is going to be normal, but it will be less over time.
