What is the essay that you have to write for the application?

What is it on? Any suggestions in writing it?

"In your own words, explain your motivation to seek a career in DENTISTRY. Discuss your philosophy of the dental profession and indicate your goals relevant to the profession."

As somebody who has read these works of brilliance I have three suggestions: write legibly, be acutely aware of your grammar, and if you're unsure how to spell a word, use a different word....

Did i miss something?
I thought we have the electronic version.
Could we still submit the written aadsas application?

Question for Gavin,
how come we shouldnt write anything on dentistry?
cos it is the PERSONAL statement?

I agree with gavin, don't write anything about dentistry. You are writing to a bunch of dentists who already know about the profession, I doubt if they really care what your take on the profession is.

This is your chance to let the committee know that you are more than just a DAT score and GPA. Let them know your motivation for dentistry, dental experience, and how you came to your decision to pursue dentistry. You may also want to discuss any past work and leadership experiences.

Good luck!
