The first 20-30 Q on the NAPLEX set your exam level! Can you explain?!!

I read a lot that the first 20-30 Q on the NAPLEX determine your exam level, so what does that mean? Does it mean if you get most of them right, the rest of your exam will mostly be harder questions and if you mess them up you get an easier test but a lower score?!!!!

If anyone knows, please explain. Thanks
