I know you can only send in 3 with the CAS.
But I've heard rumors of some programs letting you send in a 4th separately.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Is it only some programs? If so, how do I know which ones? Is it regional?

it CAN be done with most programs...some will not accept anything outside of CAS ... that's up to you to see where you are applying and whether or not they accept anything outside of CAS. i sent some programs a 4th letter, others i didnt
