I'd like to know this as well. Is it a video camera set up at the back of a classroom....a video camera up close and personal with an instructor and a dry erase board....or is it something like Smart Technologies where the video you're watching is actually a screen-capture video tool that captures what the instructor is writing on his/her Tablet PC (i.e.: you see the instructors screen and hear his/her voice, but don't see anything else but the screen)?
