Does anyone actually read this thing? I just saw my friends and the goddamn thing is roughly 1200 pages 😱

My opinion: the Kaplan book is absolutely useless.

Stick with the Decks and the old tests and you will be FINE.

Nope, I gave up after the first few pages! Just stick to the decks and oldies. Understand all of the wrong, correct answers. I used Frank Netters, Wheelers for references. Make sure you know tooth identification and occlusion sections very well, excursion, which cusp hits what...exam questions are rather confusing, it might throw you into a loop!

If you wanna pull out the big guns then Gross Anatomy (board review series) and First Aid are also good, imo!

You mean 80s? If so, yes. Well, it also depends on what you had been doing for the past 2 yrs! If you were a slacker then you might have to haul @ss this time!

You'll be fine.

It might help to draw diagrams for the anatomic and dental anatomy sections. Use Frank Netters, he's your buddy! He saved my butt a few times, and more!

I agree, if you havent learned it the first time with Kaplan DAT, you should now know that Kaplan is USELESS!!!!!!! I use dental decks, BRS, USMLE and old exams.

Definitely Bill; I just used the decks and old tests (ASDA released, not these supposedly "unreleased" exams).

The verdict: 96 (94 Anatomy, 98 BCP, 95 Micro, 96 DA)
