Am I considered white trash if I enjoy the TV show Pawnstars?

Am I considered white trash if I enjoy the TV show Pawnstars?

H*** NO!

I wach all the reality shows on the history channel, Ax Man, Pawn States, Mad House, ....ect.

The last time i checked I'm not white trash lol.

Heres a checklist if anyones unsure if they too r white trash:

You think a "thesaurus" was a dinosaur.
You believe all-star wrestling should be an Olympic competition.
Your wedding reception included a beer brunch.
You learned to drive in a monster truck.
Your stove is on the porch and your lawn chairs are in the kitchen.
You've ever been involved in a custody fight over a dog
You've ever financed a tattoo.
Your lifetime goal is to own a fireworks stand.
You consider the fifth grade your senior year.

I think Pawnstars has passed up Man Vs Wild and Modern Family as my favorite show on television. I just have to fight with my 4 year old who wants to watch 1000 Ways To Die every minute of the day.

Many people, mainly affluent upper class people, assume white trash, red necks, hillbillys are all the same thing.

They are NOT!

There are distinct differences between them all. For example, when I say something that my sister finds insulting or ethnocentric, she use to insults me by calling me hillbilly. I corrected her and told her if anything I may be a redneck, by no means am I a hillbilly.

So now she calls me a redneck when this occurs. But what she doesn’t know is there ain’t nothing derogatory about being called a redneck if u are part redneck-She can call me a redneck all day if she wants, it doesn't bother me at all.

Not giving up yet. I was in San Antonio for spring break and stayed away from all things electronic (besides GPS).
Side note: I have an Interview at USN-South Jordan this week.

Any exciting stories from spring break? My 4-year old demonstrated some pretty politically incorrect statements about native americans while we were traveling through New Mexico. No margaritas or wild orgees for me.

I wondered that too and when I asked him why he was afraid of Indians he told me that he saw pictures of Indians attacking people at a museum that he had gone to with us. I thought I was being a good Dad by taking him to the museum but I guess I failed. I better stay away from the Holocaust Memorials.
