i want to participate in a medical missions next summer and was wondering if anyone else here has gone to certain places/programs.

i go to med school in san antonio - we have monthly weekend trips to various places around mexico. i haven't been on a long trip to exotic locations but i found them to be really cool from an educational standpoint as well as getting the opportunity to have hands-on experience.

If you are involved in any church-related organizations, I am certain there are groups associated with them that take medical missions trips.

Was going to go to Peru for 2 weeks for spring break.. Changed our mind to Vietnam!
