Can someone explain to me the Creighton waitlist? I just received the waitlist notification--but I understand that their waitlist is 200+ and not even ranked! How do they even move people from the waitlist to the accepted list? Does Creighton even reject applicants?

Can someone explain to me the Creighton waitlist? I just received the waitlist notification--but I understand that their waitlist is 200+ and not even ranked! How do they even move people from the waitlist to the accepted list? Does Creighton even reject applicants?

i emailed dr ayers -
"We had over 300 people respond to our letter stating that they wanted to
be active alternates. Since there have not been any openings as yet and
we do not expect any to occur before June, the active alternates have
not been reviewed by the committee. When the first opening occurs all
of the active alternates will be reviewed and about 20 selected to be
fill later slots. We probably average 3-5 spots opening over the summer
and may make 10-12 offers to fill those positions."

@ first, i'm like thinking...aww maaannn...someone's not deleting the "quotes" again, and hitting reply, so i'm gonna hafta fix it...so procrastination ensues

senioritis is making me unhappy. since i feel obligated to study and i can't utilize the sun outside (even though i can't tan, cuz it's still waaay too cold for me 16ºC.i used to live in a place where 8ºC was winter & it didn't get colder) or see my friends.
