I'm getting really worried even though its still "early" in the cycle. I already received one rejection and i am starting to freak.

Destiny11, Thanks. Yes I only applied to 5 schools. I have questioned myself on this several times, but I am trying to have faith. 😀

iVTECdailyy, welcome. I have one rejection already too. And it was one of my schools that took a large percentage of OOS'ers. But I try not to stress too much.

Count me in. I got so freaked out today that I applied to Uop thinking what if I don't get in anywhere else. I am starting to wonder if the LOR that I got from my chem professor whom i researched with hurt me, as he had poor grammar.

Haha, dude I am right there with you. I have the ADEA guide beside the computer and look at schools I should add daily! I keep telling myself that my state school is my best shot, but what if that falls through? I don't know.

wait till they review ur app with ur dat scores and see a friggen 23. even if your personal statement had poor grammar im sure ud get interviewed 😉

Ugh, nothing, nothing, nothing. USC put me on continuing review, and I originally thought that was a safety school for me. I think my lack of EC's is hurting me. Also I wish schools didn't favor the DAT so much, it seems like even if you have a good GPA, but just ok DAT scores, they pass you over. Now I'm freaking out that I'll have to apply next cycle and that I only have a few months to cram in a bunch of shadowing and volunteering on top of my classes, research lab and job.

Don't try and cram stuff in to the point of hurting your grades. Ad Com's see that some people have to work while they are in school and can not have as many EC's as those who don't. And if you have to reapply, then that is what you have to do. (Sucks, I know.) But if this is what you want, then don't give up after one shot. The statistics are something like 70% of people who get rejected never reapply. Don't give up!

What is most frustrating is that only 8 of the 18 schools I applied to show up on the addsas school decision page 🙁
