Check out last years thread. I figured out from when others got their acceptances last year that they were going to send acceptances today. Looks like mid march is next, then waitlist notifications. Wait list will start getting filled early April. This is just me guessing from last year, however, I did guess today... Good luck!!

Anyone know when the next couple acceptances will be sent out??
 
I got my rejection in the mail today. Best of luck to everyone else. I was really appreciative that they at least mailed a letter and exhibited a high level of professionalism. Other schools simply emailed me, and case western didn't even notify me at all they just rejected me via aadsas which was ridiculous considering how much you pay they can afford a letter.

Sorry about the bad news... 🙁 I know how it feels. Do u mind sharing when u interviewed?
 
if they are already giving out rejections does it mean that the class is full for those that interviewed?

I think it just means they know they will not be interviewing any more candidates.
(Or I at least hope that's what it means, lol).

They have spring break this week, so I guess we prolly wont be hearing anything from them??
 
Just wondering when will be their next round acceptance...

Also wait listed this morning via email.
However, i also noticed that my status change in the portal was dated yesterday.

On one hand, wait list = more waiting = more anxiety
On the other hand, wait list = not rejected = AWESOME.

Hopefully some more good news will be coming our way soon!

I interviewed in Jan, haven't gotten a waitlist email or portal update, still just says 'invited for interview'. Has anyone been rejected after interview? Is no waitlist email a tacit rejection? Driving me crazy.

I'm wondering the same thing. I've seen people get waitlisted just to get a rejection the next day. So waitlisted doesnt necessarily mean you're in the clear, but just for the time being.

Interciewed in 1/28 but still haven't heard anything back...absolutely nothing. Not even wait listed in aadsas. Is it safe to say that I've been rejected? lol

Who knows.... it could be good news actually ...meaning that you could possibly be getting an acceptance. That's just speculation of course from last years thread.

Oh please, oh please. Since submitting my app in June last year, I've been waiting so nervously and with less and less hope. It's like being the last kid picked for kickball, only you're being picked for your rest of your life and career.

Very true... but past threads show there are still chances... Won't say they are excellent. Its not like we can do anything but wait, hope and continually better ourselves at this point.
Not to mention each individual's application is unique in that some have later application complete dates (possible due to lagging LORs), or have disadvantages in their app that they cannot control ( i.e.. not having a committee letter because of prerequisite scheduling conflicts). These could all be factors leading to late acceptances and even wait lists. Late acceptances or wait lists do not need to be seen as near failure or being "picked last for the team," but rather opportunities for self improvement. 😉
The wait sure does suck tho! Worst 7 months of my life... lol
