The Pact is an autobiography about three young black boys who grew up in the streets of Newark, New Jersey who one day made a promise to become doctors -- two physicians and one dentist. This book is a MUST READ for those who aspire to become doctors. I highly recommend this book to other minorities and/or at-risk youths who seek to enroll in dental or medical school. It has truly inspired me to pursue my dream of becoming a dentist despite the odds.
