The path to Infectious pedes

I'm just wondering if there are any residency programs that you know of that offer further specialization in the pediatrics field after completing an infectious disease program. So, let me get this straight, it's internal med, then infectious, and finally a pedes program? Is there an alternate path?

I think the normal path for pedes infectious diseases is 3 years pedes followed by 3 years pedes infection disease fellowship....

Peds for 3 years then peds ID for 2. I think it is virtually the only peds fellowship that is 2 years.

Do you go to school in Santo Domingo?
