One of the answers on my test differentiates between two very logical choices:
Question 89 of Chapter 4
"At pH=7, what are the applicable values for histidine?"


The specific answer choices are not particularly important. There were two with the right values.
However, one had them all above pH=7, and the other was varied above and below.


Apparently the values are ONLY applicable if they are above the pH

So is that the general rule??
I've never heard this before...
