Is it true that the real exam contains many of the same questions as those on Kaplan or DAT achiever exams?

where'd you hear this? they're definitely not the same questions..

Not the same questions just the same concepts. Remember practice exams go over the same material that the real dat will have but rarely will you see questions that are identical.

I had a few questions on the DAT that were almost the same as some Topscore and DAT achiever questions. I even saw one that came from the ADA sample booklet (they just worded it diferently).
