My role was blocked last night... nothing new there.

Not a strong reason.... but I feel like FML gets targeted a lot by loungers, so I picked a random lounger to lynch assuming one must be a wolf.

If anything better comes up, and I have a chance to check in, I would be easily swayed.
 
So did some work in who shifter is. Shifter is a evil (devilish?) Ghost who is forced to be good against his will by the ghostbusters and eventually "remains" good when free to do evil. So the 100% convertible is probably that he was potentially 100% convertible to a ghostbusters ally, but they trapped him in a containment unit instead (which is kill equivalent it seems)

So.....I feel I should clarify... Shifter is NOT an evil character. Note the pretty blue. (Zuul was red ROARCRASHSMASH) Helpful?

I think everyone is aware of that. No need to clarify stuff like that. Because while it does help villagers (and again I am one) when mods over-share, I want a fair game. Let us players fumble around in the dark if we get something wrong that should be obvious (exception: if you actually made a mistake and we are focusing on the mistake)
 
As a newbie..I'm confused. Trying to figure this out as I go along, so please let me know if I sound crazy or make no sense :laugh:

Does RNG just mean its a random guess? Also waffling = changing your lynch vote?

Ok... since I apparently lost my item I will talk about it.

I had the particle thrower last night. This allegedly ultimate ghostbusting weapon supposedly allows you to kill.

I was hoping it only works on wolves/ghosts, so I tried it on Dwin. It did nothing to Dwin...

I conclude either:
1) I was correct, it only works on wolves and Dwin is a villager.
2) It only works a certain % of the time.
3) Some other possibility.

Anyway, if you receive the item, you know my experience😀

(and ps - I was told the blocking of my role did not interfere with item use, they were separate failures).

Note to Packen - you were my inspiration to use the item right away since you are not playing. I KNOW you would approve.
 
FF7 a wolf died overnight (not the first night, but did die overnight... kaydubs :laugh:)... chaotic 3rd group killed them. Chaotic 3rd group mighta killed Zuul last night... or villager got very lucky?
 
Good job to whoever took out Phill. I think that's the first time I've seen a wolf go down night 1.

Okay I have my little mental list of people who caught my eye. But no one has done anything particularly noteworthy, so I'll vote on gestalt.

In the super small post history of foxy, I'm not feeling as at ease as I usually am about her.

lynch Foxhunter on vague sense of "maybe just maybe might be something up with that girl"

Since some of the lynch excuses are pretty far-fetched, WS likes to cry wolf a lot and get innocent villagers slaughtered.

True, getting a bad guy is a good thing (and a potential convert!) but something tells me that whoever did it isn't exactly on the villagers side - remember, when I was in chaos roles I would take out the primary wolf group as well as villagers. It sounds like a random kill from a group other than Philliab's evil group that turned up positive for us - but I have no reason to believe the other group is 100% benevolent. I've played several chaos roles so that's what it looks like to me.

The writeup called the shifter 100% convertable, but who chose to be good. That wording almost makes me think there WAS a conversion and she chose good....but a conversion on Night 1? Dunno.

That's plausible, but this is also a Ghostbusters game, so maybe there's a Ghostbusters group? I think that's probably as plausible right now. Then again, I know literally nothing about the cartoon, it's entirely possible there's a perfect chaos character and I just don't know who they'd be.
 
After some behind the scenes conversation and re-reading the writeup,
I think FML was killed by my particle thrower because the writeup talks about:

attacked savagely with proton beams and stuff in the containment unit for safekeeping

Don't think you killed her, I got the message I was attacked but it was blocked, not sure how/why.

Also, Lynch WS, because she scares the **** out of me, nothing else to go on for now.
 
That's an interesting turn of events. Anyway, RNG says to lynch sportsmeddoc.
 
I can get behind SOV's reasoning that a lounger targeted FML but I'm going to go with lynch jojo. Mainly due to the bandwagoning comment.

While it is entirely possible (ENTIRELY) that he is telling the truth about the particle thrower. I feel like he is lying given some inside information I just got passed on to me.

Sigh.

Im sorry. More info has come out that makes SOV's original scenario more believable. I'm not gonna change my vote cause I love to screw with SOV... but it looks like that extra bit of information does make his version more believable.
 
fyi: in case you are interested, the "source" of my behind the scenes information is a certain moderator whose name begins with the letter "K".

See, I learned from DocE to ask the mods as many annoying questions as possible, hoping to learn some nugget of information.
Sometimes I would give him a little crumb just to stop getting messages from him in my inbox! 😛

my favorite strategy. Driving the mod nuts.
 
Anyone want to do me a favor and fess up to having either been the person to who offed fancy, or can confirm (even through borough-mates) that there is some sort of containment chamber (or whatever those ghost catching boxes are called) item floating around.

I dont understand how an attack could bounce from dwin to fancy.
