So,
I've just been reading up on some hemorrhoid treatments for the clinical pharmacy midterm we have tomorrow, and I came across something called the rubberband method. This describes wrapping a rubberband around a prolapsed hemorrhoid and waiting a couple of days for it to fall off. Truly awesome.
Yup, it's lunchtime here. Just thought I'd share - I'm tired
take care,
jason:)

You mean I don't have to cut them off with scissors any more?!?!?!!!?!?

Excellent. Better than using a RadioShack soldering iron. You can keep the hemorrhoid on a necklace as a souvenir.

This technique is actually fairly effective and, from what I have heard, nearly painless. My grandfather, and many others, use the same technique to um...make bull calves steers. Yowsers, try as he might, he could never convince me to give him a hand with it; the gadget just looks too damn painful. It hurt ME to even look at it.
