For clinical rotations at hospitals, use The Scut Monkey Manual for scut work on wards, such as learning to do arthrocentesis, pericardiocentesis, ABGs, lumbar punctures, venipunctures, reading EKGs, inserting catheters, etc. MD and DO residents are letting DPM student doctors perform scut work along with MD and DO student doctors in allopathic clinical rotations at hospitals nowadays. The Scut Monkey Manual comes in handy. Fits perfectly in your short white clinic coat.

I guess buying this wont matter to me since I dont work hard enough. I will just fail boards, but graduate without moving onto a residency. Maybe I can buy it for a speed read on the weekends.
