I took a dual-credit course my senior year of high school concerning the American justice system. The course was online and offered at a local comunity college. I failed to complete the course but notified my instructor of my withdrawal. At the time, I thought everything was peachy. Yes, I was naive and lacked the requisite foresight. Fast forward to the current application cycle, and I have realized that instead of a "W", I was given a failing letter grade in the course. My cumulative GPA has dropped down to a 3.89, but I have maintained a 4.0 in college. I have challenged the grade as it appears on my application, but I doubt it will do much good. I guess I am just looking for some reassurance. Will this one blip mar an otherwise sound application?
