The Sun is Shining, 🙂 there is promise with a new day, and my fiance and I have decided that I am going to Midwestern CCP. I've been very blessed to have been given a choice and the tools necessary to reach this point. My heart tells me I am making the right decision. Thanks for everyone's help and input regarding UIC and Midwestern. It is much appreciated.

To any future UIC'ers out there that may have been placed on the alternate list, there will be another spot opening up soon.

And to all of you futrue PharmD 2010 candidates congratulations and good luck! 😉

Being blessed has nothing to do with it.
Your own choices and decisions led you here.
Stop giving power or credit to a deity that does not exist.

Now, how necessary was that comment? You should respect those that have religious beliefs instead of trying to troll here.

Anyway to freshbeatchris, congrats on the acceptance! Definitely great news!

Congratulations on making your choice. It feels so good to be at that place doesnt it. 🙂 Best of luck.

Ignore jake7. He sounds like a downer.

Do you know that a mere 5 years ago I nearly had to have my leg amputated? If it were not for the support and skill of my orthopedic surgeon, paramedics, nurses, x-ray technicians, phlebotemists, anesthesiologists, pharmacists, physical therapists, orthodic specialists, my loving family, my incredible friends, and my caring and compassionate fiancee I would not be where I am today?
I AM SO BLESSED.
If it were not for this phenomenal community of pre and current health care professionals on this website, I would not be in this incredible position that I am today, with a bright future ahead of me.
I AM SO BLESSED.
Thank you to everyone who has shared such kind words.
I AM SO BLESSED.

Hopefully we both made the right decision on the school...I'm sure we did 😉

Good luck in your Calculus class.

Good luck in your Calculus class.

I am confident that we both made the right decision for who we are and where we want to go with this career in the future.

Keep on hanging in there with Orgo. The semester is almost over! We are almost to the finish line, ready to recoup for the next marathon!

Ouch. Denying the existence of the Holy Ghost. Do you know you just commited the Unforgivable Sin? Hope you like your steak well done...

Yes, YOU ARE BLESSED! Always be grateful for the good things (and the bad) in life so you can come out again stronger and be where you are today.
Be happy! 😍

I like mine medium rare. Does that mean I'll be in purgatory??? 😀

Congrats, Chris -- I've read your posts since I've been on here. You worked hard and will do great! 👍

Congrats Chris. Things have come together for you. If you feel blessed, then you are whether it's by fate, god or your own good decisions and hard work. I understand exactly how you feel.

Go get 'em kid.
