Well it consists of two kinds of information: the kind you can get from BRS/FA and the kind you can't. The kind you can get from BRS/FA hit some important points on my exam (but I knew them before reading this thing). As far as the new info goes (the kind that's not covered in any review texts), not a single question on my exam dealt with that info. So for me, it wasn't very useful at all.
