I am familiar with Qbank and how it operates, how to navigate it, etc.

Is there any reason whatsoever to do the Step 1 tutorial or can I have my 15 minutes back?

if you do the 150q sample test from usmle.org it has the exact same tutorial they use on exam day i think. it's straightforward, you should be fine. just do that before your test and you'll be all set.
