Theoretical Upwards Trend Question

So I have been working really hard in regards to my academics. I started off poorly my first semester 2.9 c and 2.5 s. But i have been killing it ever since, lets say I graduate with a 3.65-3.75 c and 3.5-3.6 s, how would this look? If i get a good mcat score let say by gods grace a 515+ and the right ec's would top schools even take a look. Im just curios on the feedback 🙂
