Therapeutic priveilege, or, who doesn't hate ethical questions?

I was wondering if therpauetic privilege has ever come up on the exam (not necessarily as the correct answer)--Ive read elsewhere that for purposes of the usmle, you always need to tell everything to the patient. any thoughts?

I've heard that it is tested on boards, despite almost never coming up in real life.
